the Young man continued on, looking over his shoulder at every turn he made. he stops at a flower lady who he talks to about nothing important. she rubs his cheek with motherly affection and he smiles before continuing on. he makes a few more stops here and there but he never seems to get rid of what he's hiding in his pocket.

Light and Dark, polar opposites, once at peace in her system clashed violently. The intensity of the darkness was overwhelming. Each time he tried to pull them apart, something darker forced them together, as if it wanted the darkness to consume the light.
